The SDJ-06R can be used against a wide range of static electricity trouble, such as prevention of dust accumulation, removal of electric charge
and dust from trays, clear dust from molds, or removal of dust before coating. Dirt can be removed by eliminating static electricity and dust before shipping.
The SDJ-06R is a gun-type static electricity eraser with a flared nozzle that can remove static and dust over a wide area.
Static electricity is generated in molding where strong compression or friction occurs. Then, the moment the mold cools and the work is removed,
electricity discharges between the work and molding. The work is charged by this discharge, and if the work is left for a while under this condition,
airborne dust will accumulate in an electrified pattern resembling lightning or discs.
